It's more or less like a job placement agency. They tell you which schools are looking, and if you are interested, someone accompanies you there for an interview. The recommendations are based on your experience and preferences (young children, high school, etc). Also, they sponsor your work visa.
After you get placed with a school, you are also responsible for private classes for a pretty low hourly rate. |

dudeteacher, yes, I worked with them for a short time. They sponsored my work visa, got me a job, and I was paid for what I worked. |
