|

Hi y'all!
I'm going to move to Mexico and get my CELTA in Mexico City in June or July. There are two schools that offer it: IH Condesa and The Learning and Teaching Academy (near Coyoacan; www.languageschoolmexicocity.com). I've heard of IH but not the other. I know the content will be the same either way. What I want to know is, do both have an equally good reputation in terms of trainers and networking?
I'm familiar with both neighborhoods and would be happy to study in either. (I do prefer Coyoacan, though.) The Learning and Teaching Academy is $1700; IH is $1795. Both include 20 hours of Spanish lessons (not sure yet exactly what that means).
Would I be foolish to just go with the cheaper option?
Thank you! |

I don't know The Learning and Teaching Academy but IH has a strong national network to take advantage of. I know the people at IH and find them to be solid folks. |

The Learning and Teaching Studio is run by a former tutor of IH Mexico City.
She was one of my tutors at IH Mexico City in Condesa.
One of my co-workers did her CELTA at the Learning and Teaching Studio and reported having a positive experience. |
