With a ba in literature, a ba in art, a TESOL, a PET Certification, an ict certification, and 14 years experience, what is the likelihood of getting a decent gig in Qatar?
If it's possible, what kind of scenerio will I be looking at as far as beni's and pay?

Not likely. You'd need a TESOL-related MA and several years' post-degree experience to compete for university prep year positions. A teaching license/certification and related degree is required for k-12 positions.
