'So there!!"
Boy you sure are one damaged individual,
its nice to talk sometimes
but 'so there'as a final word/s"???
well.......
I hope these people walk into this thing with there eyes wide open, though I SUSPECT they do not,
How much we damage ourselves and how much we are f***** by outside it's not an easy call.
be yourself and be true to what you want, and what you are, it DOES make sense.
I love 'Alice in Wonderland"
Love from the caspian

Dear slaqdog,
" PS I'd say johnslat was hurt by a point close to home, or else.....
PPS its f*******latedoors "
I'm afraid neither of your suppositions is correct. Close to home? Home's over 10,000 miles away. And Mr. itslatedoors would probably be highly insulted to be identified as a teetotaling geezer with no super-model wife, one, moreover, who finds his job interesting and enjoyable. What I posted has no hidden motivations; it's simply my experience in over 20 years of EFL teaching. Since scot47 is, like myself, a gentleman of immense wisdom and exceptional perspicacity, it's unusual that we should have differing viewpoints. However, unlike myself, it seems he may not be right 100% of the time.
Modestly,
