Is there a place where you can download and use for free images for place/manner of articulation. A small fee for images would be okay.

Google wikimedia commons speech articulation, and under the search field, click on images. Wikimedia Commons images are free to use. For example, check out https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Tract.gif.
