Any recommendations for local (VND account) banking in Hanoi? Perhaps there's a prior post (I didn't find one).

Specifically, I'm Looking for info from expats such as names of banks you've dealt with personally, what services you've used, comments on their English language ability, any experience you've had with international transfers, and any other thoughts.
