Great company. Great salary. Proffessioal. But...at a price.
You will held to a high standard. Micromanged. The smallest mistep and you will be called for a "meeting". You are just a cog in the wheel of profits so don't expect any respect.
That being said...a great job for a young 24-28 year old to put in a year and grind out those hours because there will be a lot. You may hate life and teaching for that year but will come out with some savings and dicspline...both physically and mentally. Boot camp for your first jump in. |
