Teachers beware....From August 2017 to December 2017 CDA has fired its High school principal, elementary school principal, 3 teachers and 2 have resigned. Two secretaries quit after CDA brought in a new elementary principal.
A high school English teacher quit after students spit in their coffee and there were NO ramifications for the student.
Anyone who has worked in Central America for long realizes that schools can(and do) get rid of teachers before they expel tuition paying students/families, but CDA has a record not to be matched in this department.
Don't get me wrong, students (overall) are good, teachers are hard working, however the Administration and Owners have decided that any and all teachers are replaceable.
By the way, they're hiring. Surprise. |
