A few years ago - in my time there - KFUPM hired Western PE teachers. Alas, no longer. Egyptians or Filipinos are cheaper.

Focus on those countries you're interested in and can legally work in. (Check out Popularity of Tennis Around the World for ideas on where to go.) Also, since you don't have any TESOL experience or credentials, limit yourself to tennis coach or PE teacher positions as this is where your experience is.

Be aware the better primary and secondary schools will expect a phys ed-related degree as well -- your PE teacher license may not be enough. (This is why I suggested you also consider tennis coach/instructor positions in your target countries.)

Google the following:
physical education teacher job [target country]
    tennis instructor job [target country]
.

I agree with Nomad Soul. You'll be better off building on your previous experience rather than starting fresh in TEFL. I don't know how accreditation works in the States, but, if you're OK to teach in the schools in Texas then you should be alright for international schools. Anyway, I would have thought so, but, that's something you'll have to check.

I just did a search on TIE Online and found 23 jobs listed internationally for physical education teachers. This isn't the best time of year to job hunt and that's just on one website. Obviously, the more flexible you are in terms of location, the more potential opportunities you'll have. There are other options out there for finding a job as well, but, an hour or two on the Internet will tell you more. Good luck!
