I can't say if this is a permanent trend but we are starting to wonder.
I usually have 5 nights per week including a double of six hours on Sat or Sunday.
I'm down to 3 nights per week for IELTS classes.
I have not made the school unhappy with me.
Others are flow also.
Is RES losing market share? There are a lot of other schools and teachers in town. |

Perhaps we should start thinking about the Fall of RES.
All organizations go through a life cycle.
Cliques of South Africans in the 20s who sit together like a impervious high school "in-group," who don't talk to anyone else who is not from SA.
Newly hired teachers of children who have no idea what they are doing.
IELTS teachers who miss a night class occasionally because they are too drunk to show up.
People over-staying visas coming to RES because it's a cash job that pay weekly and does not even require ID to prove your are who you say you are.
Welcome to Disneyland. |

Nothing new....EFL teachers are just victims of the NWO. .....servitude and fierce competition is the norm in this ultra neo capitalistic Vietnam! |
