Hi guys

So i have basically just quit this school in the last couple of days.
This so far has been the worst teaching experience i have had in my 6 years in ESL.
The school itself is not bad and has good facilities and a good concept, but the
principal, an American by the name of steve is one of the most sociopathic narcisistic people i have come across in a very long time.
He basically runs the school like it's his own kingdom and we the teachers are his loyal subjects who should be ready to follow any command at any given moment.
Say goodbye to your Freedom, Sanity and self esteem should you work at this school.
Everything you do will be and is wrong, you will work 9 hours days and go home to an apartment that has practically nothing in it apart from a bed, a couple of sofas and fridge that doesn't work (despite repeated promises to get it fixed.I basically had to hang my clothes on the backs of chairs to get them dry.

You will be spyed upon by everybody and every thing you say will be recorded and you will at somepoint be called upon to answer for every little joke or any comment perceived as being negative.
The environment in the office was so tense, it was like working in the north korean embassy.

I only lasted 2 weeks before i basically quit for the sake of my sanity.

This is just a warning to all fellow Teachers.. i would not send my worst enemy here.

The pricipal at first will be extremely chraming in getting you there.. but will show his true colours on the first day at work.
The job you think you will be doing will bear no resemblence to the actually lion pit you will be thrown into.

This place is still recovering from the murder scandal that happened in 2016
(Yes, this is the old Horizon school rebranded)

You have been warned
