Hi Folks,
I'm a prosthetist looking into jobs in Qatar in the health industry, specifically hospitals. I know this might be a strange question, but can you bring a small chihuahua into the country easily? Are dogs accepted? |

Yes, it's possible. Is it easy? That's subjective.
See Pet Relocation in Qatar. There are similar sites on the Net offering pet relocation services to Qatar. |

Thanks for answering Nomad Soul!
I actually brought a dog to Tong Yeong South Korea when I was teacher there. Poor little girl spent 16 hours in a carrier in baggage and came out wagging her tail. No issues other than getting the USDA vet to sign the docs in a timely manor.
The first day at work, my landlord called the school and said she was barking and howling so I took a cab and brought her in a carrier to the school. She was a hit but 6 hours later with 40 kids wanting to touch her she got freaked out. I put her in the cage and covered with a towel. Overall, she did very well.
I was a vet tech for 10 years after teaching ESL for 8 years.
Thanks again for response. |
