I seriously need a chiropractor. Does anyone know of someone who can do a neck adjustment in HCMC?

...in Saigon South. Or any of the more reputable massage establishments. Or you could visit one of the less reputable ones - they might not fix your neck but they'd help take your mind off it for half an hour or so  |
