Hello. I'll be graduating in May with a Master's in TESOL. I'm a lifelong (23) native of New York State. I'm hoping to find work in Central or South America or the Southwestern U.S. after I finish school. Does anyone know of any schools/institutes/etc. that will help me pay off student loans and find/provide a place to live? I have some knowledge of Spanish. Also, I'll have the Master's but not certification, how does this affect my job search? Anything anyone might offer about finding work in Latin America or finding an ESL job in general would be very helpful. Thanks much,
dreww

Thanks for the response. I see that you teach in Peru. Can I ask how you approached that job situation?

Sure. Sent out over 100 CVs to schools in Costa Rica, Chile and Argentina. Got ver few responses and the ones that did, told me to come there and interview in person. And since I was in China, that was difficult. Found someone here who taught at the uni that I'm teahing at. She didn't really like it or the town, but I applied anyways, got the job and love it here.}

By the way, I think there might be a position opening in Jan, PM me for info.
