As I recall, weren't you already in the ME? (Of course, I could have you confused with another poster)
Most of the employers like to see ME experience, but the first job is almost always the most difficult to get. And naturally the bigger places, like UAEU, will need more teachers and may be more flexible in their requirements. Places like ZU and HCT are so competitive that they are normally able to be choosier. (ignoring the fact, that it is often difficult to interpret the basis of who gets an offer and who doesn't )

Thanks VS for all your info on this post and the others. I really appreciate it. It's very helpful to get someone who goes out of their way to help others with loads of info. I'm seriously considering UAE thanks to the great info on the posts.
