I've been offered a position in Moscow but would like my fiancee to come with me. He has no job offer right now but would like the option of looking for one once we're in Russia. What kind of Visa can he get? Can I get him a Visa or does he need to apply for his own? What type of Visa?

I'd really appreciate any help! I have to be in Moscow in January!

P.S. They can send him a Visa Invitation for Multiple-entry Business visa for 12 months, so he can go any Russian consulates throughout the world and get it! All you need is to pay about 250 $ for the invitation (it’s cheaper if you order 6 months visa) and contact nearest Russian Consulate. Charge (as well as schedule) is always different. Depends on country (Russians in the States and Europe celebrate catholic Christmas) and citizenship (for example, if you’re an American it’s + 50 $).
