Hey, I will be teaching in pohang, starting next week. I was wondering if you could give me any advice on what to expect, and your personal opinion of pohang. I am going through a recruiting agency, and everything looks really legite. Anything that you recommend would be great. Thanks

Brandon,I really hope you were lucky enough to get a good group of recruiters.Generally,in this business, recruiters are viewed with a great deal of contempt, for very good reasons.Still, maybe you got a good group. You really won't know until you get to Pohang. It is over on the east coast...industrial...I have been through there...not wonderful...but not terrible.I assume you are going to work for a hakwon(private school).I hope you were lucky enough to get a good one.Best of luck.Be careful.Have an option in case it doesn't work out,and take suffiicient funds in case you have to leave suddenly and unexpectedly. No,I am not kidding! Smile
