hello,
I am a Canadian and I have the Trinity cert. TESOL and a 2 year college degree but no BA. Can I legally work in UAE or anywhere in the gulf? |

You can 'legally' work there if someone would hire you. But, you would be at the absolute bottom of the pecking order - only the worst employers would hire you and the pay and benefit package would not allow you to live comfortably. To get the stereotypical generous pay of the Gulf, you have to be able to offer them the appropriate education and experience.
The absolute minimum for decent Gulf jobs is a BA + CELTA + extensive related experience.
