in order to keep working for her, my agent has told me that i either need to get the arc with her or else get a student "visa" by signing up for the chinese classes that i'll never attend. as a bonus, the agent informed me that if i get the student visa then i don't pay taxes. what are the implications of working under such a visa, how do i get it and how long is it valid for? i currently have the 60 day extendable "visa" which expires on july 8th. her english isn't that great and my chinese is worse, so we don't always understand one another.
