Most contracts are September thru end June, and July and August are the months Czechs are on holiday. You'll have a tough time finding regular work over the summer, though you might be able to pick up a bit here and there. Mid August is usually a good time to schedule interviews. As there are five or six major teacher training centres in Prague, there is a lot of competition for jobs in general. If you are certified and have some experience already, you'll have a better chance at good contracts, but still not likely before September. |
