hey,
i have a 60 day single entry tourist visa from canada. i'm currently in taipei and i'm wondering if anyone knows how i can change that to a multiple entry visa while i'm here. or, if not, how do i go about a visa run? if anyone has some info on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

You may be able to do it if you enroll in Chinese classes in a university. It will not be easy, if you have the time and money I would recommend a visa run. Be prepared for a visa run regardless, sometimes they are unavoidable.
Are you on good terms with your employer and do you work for a reputable school. If not you may be in for trouble. |
