Dzin dobry all.I've just seen an 'ad' on tefl.com for ERA,Krakow.They state that no tax will be deducted if a person can prove that he/she is tax registered in the UK.Current tax legislation in the UK means that you will have a tax bill in the UK as long as you are tax resident there and earn more than the taxable allowance.To be non (tax) resident you have to be outside the UK for a whole tax year and spend less than 90 days/year thereafter.So with this job it is very likely that you will pay Polish tax.Their figures are therefore gross not net.
