Hi there guys
I have been looking at something on the internet called the ICE cultural exchange program...it sounds quite good and works in a lot of Brasilian cities. Just curious to see if anyone else has heard of this program - got any goss on what it's like?

| I'm also very curious about this program, it seems to be offering quite a few good things, but I've never even heard it mentioned before. It seems like a similar version to IICA, but reading over the literature I'ma little wary. Hmmmmmm? |
