Hello everybody,
I'm a newbie, looking to start up this spring in Germany. I was just wondering what everybody thinks Germany will be like during the World Cup. Besides the obvious influx of tourists, how will the job market be affected, if at all?
As for me, my German is ok, don't have any formal teaching experience but I am certified with a program that offers a job placement service, I don't suppose anybody has heard of Oxford Seminars?
Thanks!

What I was saying was that I have never heard of 'Oxford Seminars'. I suppose they made some far-fetched promise about 'guaranteed employment' ?
My feeling is the the World Cup will not make a huge difference to the job market in Germany. |
