Hey all,
I'm moving out to Kuwait this summer as a single 32 y.o. guy, and have to admit I'm worried about having a lonely two years. I've heard that male expats outnumber female expats by quite a bit, and am wondering how difficult it would be to find a partner. Also, any tips on where to go to meet people? I hear that outside of private parties, the social scene (especially nightlife) in Kuwait is somewhat lacking. Thanks! |

Everything that you have heard is correct. Remember that there is also a lack of booze. The Gulf is NOT the place to go if you are looking for an exciting social life. It is a great place for married w/children.

New friends of both genders / all ages, await u in Kuwait - no problem.
Some countries are like onions and u just have to peel away layers.
Where there is a will there is a way!
Seasoned expats here for 25 years and more recently arrived will meet u.
They all know how to do whatever needed and obtain what is required, lol.
If u wish to know more in advance reply to: [email protected] |
