Wolf---I visited HCM and met a couple of teachers (in the Apocalypse Now bar.) They were making 15 bucks an hour which really is great...That is Korea-Japan type money assuming you get enough hours. Very cheap there and they said it could be done...Look at jobs posted though and they usually want Cambridge Celta and some very good refs...
As for social??? You will be followed around by various beggars and touts and handicapped people...And I mean they will follow you for blocks although the locals seem to learn how to shake them...I had a great time but not real sure if I would want to stay there.. |
