Does anyone know a school in Alexandria called "Future Language School" ?
I did apply for a job there and got a positive response. However, I am not in Alexandria and the interview will be done in Europe.
Any information will be appreciated! |

Ok, here's what I know about Future - it's pretty prestigious, and people pay a lot to get their kids in there. I think they run SAT and iGCSE classes there, too.
I'm not sure about benefits from working there, but it's outside the city, and therefore unless the school will provide transport, you may be spending a bunch on transportation to go to and from. Wage I have no idea (but see my post on your other thread for what I said generally about wages in Alex!)
Hope that helps! Sorry I don't have any more info. |

Thanks for the input. They are looking for a German language teacher and the director wants to meet me for an interview. He told me the school takes care of the visa and to me the pay sounded quite reasonable.
However I am still waiting for a reply. The school put an add on a German website and they might have found a better qualified candidate. |

Is that the one offering 1500 Euros? Because that's a very good wage, particularly for Alex. The cost of living here is actually lower than Cairo (maybe because there's less to do!)
Are they offering a work visa, or just a tourist or business one? Because if they offer work visas, I might go work there myself!!
Good luck with the interview, and keep us updated. |

Just reading the mail again they sent me....the do offer accommodation, salary range between 1000-2000 Euros depending on how many hours you teach and also support for residence and work permit.
Too bad I haven't heard from them again! And btw, they are hiring from overseas. |
