Has anyone worked with PREDA?

I havent worked with PREDA but I do know people who are very familiar with the organization. People I have talked to have told me that PREDA is run by an opportunist who supposedly works for the kids, but in fact, he publicizes things just to get money in his pocket and his help for the kids are dubious at best. But then again, that is only what I heard from church-based people in Olongapo.
