Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone who has entered the UK on a Working Holiday Visa could answer a question for me:

Do they check your finances upon entry to the UK? Or just when you actually make the application for the visa?

Thanks, answers greatly appreciated Very Happy

Standard international requirement in most countries are that one possess an onward ticket if not resident or the means to purchase one. it used to be $300 US and may well have changed since my travelling days. Expect to be asked at immigration.

I think the answer is that they could do if they wanted. Laws have tightened up enormously of late. It's all a matter of luck.
