Harvard or Harvardland schools are a smaller franchise with schools predominately in the northern and central area of Taiwan.
I have several complaints from various schools but the most persuading is from a former manager who assisted in setting up the original franchise school. I will email it to you if you want to read it.
Low pay, low hours and some of the worst management seen on the island. About average for a chain school.
If you give me the name and an address for the school I will make an inquiry for you.
