Can anyone tell me about any English schools in the following cities-Nouakchott, St. Louis, Nouadibou, Dakhla, Layoune?

If anyone know any schools (especially if you know the address), I would be most appreciative!

As far as the Moroccan cities, I can tell you there is nothing out there workwise. It's far too isolated, and demand for English fluency too low, to support such an operation.

Got no idea why you'd wanna go work in Mauritania! BUT, there is at least some EFL activity going on down there. An old collegue of mine was once sent down there to do some IELTS testing, I understand that VSO might help, also other NGOs. Don't expect anything paid, or well paid.
