Hello there !! . Could anyone illuminate for me the procedure of obtaining a single-entry visa from a Taiwanese office. Does it matter if I am applying for the visa outside my country of origin (UK) . Does anyone have any good tips ? For example , I telephoned the Czech office and they told me that I can only apply for the visa in the UK since I am English . If anyone knows of a more helpful Taiwan office in Western Europe we would be very grateful for the information .

usually, not always, the surest way to get a sixty day visa is to apply in your home country. a sixty day visa from your home country is pretty much a sure thing. once, you are outside your land, the rules seem to change. try to get one at home if at all possible. thirty days, often times, is simply too short and you'll have to do a visa run or two.

best wishes.

Hi, Isn't the UK in Western Europe? I am sure they will be helpful. You can fly to England from Czech very easily.
