Does anyone have experience with the Chinese Embassy/tourist visa process in Singapore? I'm leaving Hanoi in a week for a month of travel, eventually heading to China. The Chinese Embassy in Hanoi right now is under huge backlog. They say if you come at 6 am you MIGHT get in before they close at 11 am, and then it's a 4 day wait for the Visa. I'll be in Singapore for 4 days and wonder if that would be an easier place to apply from, without having to wait in line for 5 hours. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.
