Does anyone know if there are jobs in Colombia right now, especially Bogota? I'm looking for something that starts in September. And could you find a job without a certificate, but with a BA and MA? |

Seems that at language shools, there are usually year round openings. While schools may hire for Aug and Feb starts. |

yes the agency that i work for in bogot is currently looking for native speakers to work for large companies - the pay is good (about 10 dollars an hour) but the hours are a pain - early mornings and evenings (its harder to get work between these times) . generally there are plenty of opportunities here though - if you want i ll pass on the agency details. |

Julian, which agency do you work for? Is there a website listing all of the ESL schools in Bogota? Do they ever provide accomodations for you? How many hours and how much money do they typically offer for an experienced teacher? Thank you. |

the agencies called bicultural - bogot 2563196 - they set you up with work in big companies - you could expect about 4 hours a day - there is no support system other than the wages you get at the end of the month. accommodation really isnt a problem in bogot though. nature girl has a lot of info about schools and other institutions - try that and good luck! |
