Location: on vacation in Chiang Mai, Thailand until next contract starts (updated Jan 2010)

Always good to know for the budget, is there a standard timeframe for paychecks in Colombia (if diff per city, Bogota for me,thanks).

Suppose I am asking about legit, contract jobs, due am guessing that under the table payment can vary quite a bit. Or maybe not.

Appreciate any insight into this.

most of LA pays monthly, rent is monthly, etc

You can try to PM lozwich. I believe she teaches in Bogota.

I agree with John that the monthly pay/bill cycle is fairly universal in LA.
