I am considering interviewing for the NOVA Group to teach EFL in Japan. Does anyone have information or experience in working with NOVA that they would like to share?

Thank you,
Steve

i also had my doubts about nova after doing research on the internet. but let me tell u that there are people who will complain about ANYTHING! nova is an amazingly easy way to get to japan. they take care of your visa, find you a decent place to live, always pay on time.
the downsides: u will not get rich working at nova, it can be boring, u won`t get much paid vacation
the benefits: u can quit whenever you like and find another job here using the visa that nova got u!!! the work is easy, the schedule is a breeze, u can take unpaid vacation days or swap work shifts with other instructors which makes travelling convenient, there are people whose job it is just to make your stay comfortable--u can call nova head offices and ask about absolutely any professional or personal situation and they can advise u. I DON`T KNOW ONE WORKER WHO HAS REGRETTED COMING TO WORK FOR NOVA (even if they just came, worked for a few weeks, and got another job. i have been working for the company for two years!!!)
