Hi guru,
I think it pretty much depends on need. If they need teachers, they recruit. HCT is more organized about it than most. Best bet is to just watch the ads here and elsewhere starting next September.

I know they used to, so I expect that they still do. Perhaps there is someone reading here who went through this lately? I think HCT is approaching or in semester break now.
