Looking for recommendations on Women's Clothing Shops in Cairo. Specifically hoping to find XXL sizes (USA Size 18-20) Women's clothing such as long cotton shirts and long cotton skirts. Can someone direct me? Oh, and the cheaper, the better!

There's a store that specialises in XXL women's clothing. It's called Ulla Popken. There's a big Sony outlet, opposite.
I'm not in Cairo, at the moment, to help you with the name of the street.
The street is one in Mohandessein that goes from Syria St., is exactly intersected at its centre by Lebanon Street and terminates at Wadi El Nile Street.
Type "Ulla Popken" into the search feature of www.wikimapia.org, though it is not exactly in the same building as is marked there (It's close enough, though).
For inexpensive stuff, try any of the stores on Shehab Street, Mohandessein, just a few hundred metres from Ulla Popken. The ones named 7LE and 9 LE have some bargains and have more women's and children's clothing than men's.
Of course, nothing can beat Khan El Khalili market for inexpensive stuff, if bargaining is your forte.
Hope this helps.
