Wasn't this answered by Mishmumkin in your other thread? She is the most knowledgeable on k-12 in Egypt on the board.
Seriously... the very few 'good' jobs require top notch credentials and yours are entry level. Be sure to read 'teacherincairo' sticky at the top of the Egypt page.

Read the sticky. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any suggestions. Would a master's degree and/or a Prague TEFL cert give me better options? |

To get into the top places - anywhere in the Middle East - you need a teaching certificate from your home country. (ie... a first degree in education) an accepted TEFL cert like CELTA which has actual supervised teaching experience - if you wish to teach English rather than say 4th grade, and a few years of related experience.
An MA might help you, but it would be cost prohibitive if it is only to prepare you for Egypt where the pay is generally very low. MAs are more helpful for university level teaching. I have no idea what a "prague TEFL cert" is...
One normally starts in one of the places recommended on the other thread and that adds to your credentials since now you can claim a year or two of experience teaching Arabic speakers which makes you more marketable.
