hi all

oim finishing a master's in TESOL this may and im thinking of giving turkey a shot. since i know virtually nothing about the ESL climate or the lifestyle teaching affords, i'd really like to hear what some of you have to say. i know this is a broad prompt, but anything you'd like to say to someone who has never taught there would be appreciated. i guess right now im primarily concerned with how to find schools that pay a livable wage and treat their employees well, too. after having taught in china for a while, this is my initial criterion. anyway, thanks
