CELTA, as you may know, is Cambridge run, and therefore, has a set standard that must be met. Both schools meet the standard or they would not be allowed to put on the programs. An independent assessor comes in to each CELTA class to monitor standards. I do know the BC program is younger than the IH Kyiv program. Further, the IH Kyiv program uses in house IH Kyiv teachers as the main tutor and usually as one of the 1 or 2 other tutors depending on class size. I think, though cannot be 100 percent, that BC 'flies in' their CELTA tutors. |
