I remember when I passed through Edirne a couple of years ago there were a couple of private language schools. But why would you want to go to Edirne? |

What is wrong with Adrianopolis/Edirne/Odrin ? Personally Istanbul is just a bit too much of a megalopolis for me. Give me a medium size town any day ! |

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with these places. I lived in a smal village on the Agean coast for over a year. I loved it but it was my first TEFL job. It was good for learning Turkish and experimenting wit my then new career but for quality of life and excitement it just doesn't compare to Istanbul. I lived in Istanbul for about 10 years and I plan on returning when the economy picks up. Istanbul is the place to go. |
