Hi I am arriving at midnight in Lima and i was curious about lodging for that night. Considering that the flight could be later and by the time i get to a hostels in miraflores or wherever, I would basically be paying one night for nothing. Should i stick out the day day...watch the sunrise and then get a place.
"The airport is no place to spend the night."
"Good luck finding your way to miraflores at Midnight."
I am just curious if there are any tips or commentaries.
Thank you!!! |

Sleepig in the airport is fine. It's probably safer than taking a taxi. If you're going to go another flight, just sleep there. If you're staying in Miraflores, get a secure taxi and you'll be fine, about 30 usd. You usually pay for hostels for 24 hours. |

I slept/lingered around my table through the night, at the Lima airport, it's not all that bad.
I consider myself relatively Lima savvy, and I still get a little panicky when the horde of taxistas swarm upon me at night, upon exiting baggage/customs.
Just wait til morning. |
