Hi. I am leaving Canada to Jeddah in a couple on months and I need clarification on the Canadian tax system. How can I become a non resident in order to escape Canadian taxes laws? Is having a driver license and one bank account in Canada would make me a resident. I�ve read the Revenue Canada website but there are no dos and don�ts on how to become a non resident. Any information would be much appreciated. Also what�s a good compound or apartments I should look into in Jeddah area? I am budgeting 20000 SR/year for housing. Is that amount about right?
