The school told me that I can either use Saudi Airlines or other airlines. For the Saudi Airlines, I just need to book tickets and they will pay for it. It is called pre-paid airticket. It doesn't say whether it is for economy class or business class. Can we just be mean and enjoy one flight buying business class tickets? |

no way I highly doubt it, and they may take that as a presumptuous sort of snobbery, when they see the business class price, and I wouldnt doubt they deduct the difference from your 1st month's pay. Plus interest. Plus penalties. Plus fees. Plus bad vibes. Plus 19 lashes for cheatery and nebulism. (just kdding about the interest charge, as it is harram) |

Well, I do not think they will reimburse you for the business ticket, according to your contract they pay for economy class only. And they require you to buy the ticket with the Saudi airlines, in case the Saudi Airlines do not operate between your home country (or the place where you signed your contract) and the Magic Kingdom, then you are allowed to buy the ticket with the Saudi Airlines to the nearest point of your home country, and use another Airlines which operate from that point to your home country, and should be an economy ticket. |

Economy class for sure. Any more than that will incur financial penalties and the displeasure of your new masters.

hehaheha... your screen name was my immediate response at the idea that they would reimburse you for a business class ticket.

Raytheon pays (or up to a few years ago, at least, used to pay) for business-class on Saudia. I used the comfortable passage to sleep off a hangover that I EARNED at the business class lounge that lets Saudia business-class customers use.
