Hi ,
Does anyone currently live in Nagoya? What's it like or what's it like incomparison to other big cities in Japan? I've heard Nagoya is an industrial city with not a lot to do and see.

It's correct what you've heard... There are always lots of jobs advertised for Nagoya... No-one wants to go there! |

It's not that bad. It is industrial, but then again what big Japanese city doesn't look like a concrete jungle?
There is alot to do. What are you into? |

I lived in the Nagoya area for two years. It's no less industialized than Tokyo or Osaka; it's just on a slightly smaller scale. If you want beauty, go to the country side of Japan (inaka). |
