Why does that article sound like those slick shiny military recruiting brochures? Will EFL'ing pay the bills... yes. Will EFL pay for regular nights out on the town in Doha... doubtful (to say the least!). Looking back now with experience.. I personally think that for people like "John", the military or something like that would probably be far more lucrative. I'm bored of the "take a year off-ers" bringing down salaries and embarrassing the people who legitimately do make a career out of EFL.
