Never worked for PARI, but it's run by an Indian man who's been in Peru for a while. supposed to be a good place.

English Life is run by a British woman, she's been in Peru for about 4 years. Also a good place to work.

BOth are on my list of good places to work in Lima, and that list is pretty short.

Ok, sorry, but I guess he'd now be Iranian, since Persia really hasn't been used since 1935. Either way, he's supposed to be a good guy.

Traditionally, Iran, but Farsi is spread amongst a few states. Although, with distinct accents, like Afghanistan.
