Okay, I have been reading endless posts from people with little or no experience and no TEFL qualification. I, on the other hand, am more or less on the way to HCMC (with a stopover in Bangkok to pick up a visa, however long that may take--does anyone know), with my uni degree in English, my Cambridge certificate, and 10 years of experience on four continents. I need to make some decent money in a hurry because I have spent the better part of the last year trolling about Mexico and Central America. I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me what I could reasonably expect to find with my background and if there are any places that might be particularly suitable for me to check out. Thanks in advance. |

A place called ILA put adverts on here a lot and seem to offer a fine package...I tried but they insist on a Celta. |

You have no problem finding a job. Ive heard the same about ILA. When you get here ask a motor bike taxi to take you to some schools for the day. Also check some consolates, i know the English consulate has a school. Im pulling $13/h with no nothing or anything. So i think u can get $20 and over. |

Go to RMIT and the international schools. They're hiring for next year. Expect $15-20 hr. + medical and vacation pay. |
