|
|
Hi all,
Thinking of moving to Sicily, and was wondering if anybody knew of any good English language schools that I could approach for a teaching position? Very interested in around Siracusa and Catania.
P.s Have a B.A and CELTA qualification and am a British national.
Many thanks! |

Hi, Robinhood,
You are in the best position to take advantage of the European funds being invested in the four southern regions of Italy. Sicily has numerous PON projects that pay quite well. Most pay 80 euro per hour, and consist of 50 hours. Teach English in Italian Public Schools with PON
Because you are a EU citizen, you won't have any trouble with the paperwork.
It's seriously worth a look.
Re: private schools. I just wouldn't waste too much time with them. Get your foot in the door now.
Good luck! |

if it sounds too good to be true.. then it's not true is it
80 Euros ask for evidence before you pay any fixig fees
mindyou Italy can be so expensive you'll need that much soon |
